Mount Rainier Debris Flow Detection System

The new system is running, but should be considered in BETA/EXPERIMENTAL version.

With the recent USGS seismic upgrades at the park, the former RSAM system is now out of date. The replacement system has been completely redesigned to use seismic spectra (frequency and amplitude) instead of RSAM. This system should be considered in beta version and experimental in nature.

I'll expand on this in a full writeup later, but for now, here are 3 of 4 previous debris flows (1 in 2015, 2 in 2019). The values in these debris flows served as the calibration of the spectra for debris flow analysis.
